DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY – PARIS (Meals on the plane)

NOON: Tourists will gather at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, International Terminal, 2nd floor. The group leader will assist the tourists in the procedure of catching their flight to Paris.

DAY 02: PARIS – CRUISE SHIP ON THE SEIN RIVER / FRANCE (Lunch + Dinner) 

MORNING: The group will arrive at the Charles de Gaulle international airport, do the procedure of entry. Transportation and tour guide will take the group through the city of Paris – “The City of Light” of Europe, famous with these architectures:

  • Eiffel Tower – the symbol of Paris

  • Concorde Square – the 2nd largest square in France and the 11th largest in the world.

NOON: Tourists will have lunch at a local restaurant, after which they will continue on:

  • Cruise ship on the dreamy Seine river: This is guaranteed to be an unforgettable experience when one visits Paris. This is because this river has more than 30 bridges going over it along with a cluster of ancient architectures flanking the sides of the river which are approved by UNESCO as World Heritages in the year of 1991.

EVENING: After having dinner at a restaurant, the group will receive their hotel rooms and rest.

DAY 03: PARIS – CITY TOUR (3 Meals) 

MORNING: Tourists will have breakfast at the hotel, afterwards a tour:

  • Arc de Triomphe –  an archway made of marble in order to celebrate the glorious victory of the French Army during the reign of Napoleon.

  • Notre-Dame de Paris – where the “Hunchback” learned to love under the pen of the legendary Victor Hugo.

NOON: After lunch, tourists will get experience:

  • The Lourve Museum: Settled on the flank of the Seine river of Paris, France, the Lourve Museum is one of the most famous museums in the world, displaying around 38.000 artifacts out of the 380.000 artifacts from both Eastern and Western civilizations, spanning throughout the human history.

  • Champs-Élysées Avenue – one of the most famous streets in the world, especially in the fashion world. This is considered to be the “heaven” of fashion because of the numbers of fashion brands found here, from generally well-known to high class. And you can be sure to find big names in fashion here such as Nike, Adidas, Zara, Cartier,…

EVENING: The group will have their meal at a restaurant, then head back to the hotel to rest and have time to freely explore Paris by night.

DAY 04: PARIS – STOCKHOLM/SWEDEN (3 meals) 

MORNING: After breakfast at the hotel, the group will checkout from their rooms, head to the Paris airport to catch a flight to Stockholm, Sweden – “A wealthy and happy country”

NOON: After arriving at Stockholm, tourists will have lunch at a local restaurant, afterwards, the journey continues with the tour of the capital:

  • City Hall – a noteworthy landmark on the map of world’s famed architecture and the place where Swedes line up is the most beautiful modern architecture in Sweden. It is known for the Golden Hall – where you can see displays of inlays and reliefs made of gold and crystals, the Blue Hall – where the Nobel Prize is held for hundreds of years in different categories and the present of the king of Sweden.

  • Riddarholmen Church – built in the 13th century, this is one of the oldest buildings in Stockholm

EVENING: The group will have dinner at the restaurant, head back to their hotel and rest.

DAY 05: STOCKHOLM – CITY TOUR/ SWEDEN (3 meals)

MORNING: The group will have buffet at the restaurant then continue the tour:

  • Feskekorka Fish Market – the biggest Scandinavia fish market and it is the biggest distribution of the city’s legendary fishing industry.
  • Gustav Adolf Torg, where the statue of Gustav the Great can be seen, the founder of Sweden.
  • The Vasa Museum,  learn about Sweden’s maritime history and see the great Vasa ships from the 17th century with 64 different kinds of cannons.

NOON: After lunch, the group will continue:

  • Stockholm Palace, a magnificent and immaculate architecture, this is both a working and living place of the royal officials of Sweden (Photography is prohibited inside)

  • Ericsson Globe – this is the world biggest spherical building with a sky view at the height of 130 meter, offering a full view of the city.

EVENING: The group will have dinner at a local restaurant, freely exploring Stockholm at night afterwards.

DAY 06: STOCKHOLM – PARIS/FRANCE (3 meals)

MORNING: When breakfast is done, the group will proceed to checkout and continue the trip:

  • Old Gamla Stan: With its winding cobblestones paths, beautiful frescoes on the roofs, and colourful paintings on the yellow painted walls. On snowy days, this feels like it is from a fairy tale.

  • Buying souvenirs: Considered to be the boulevard of souvenirs, Gamla Stan is the most bustling and lively shopping place in Stockholm.

NOON: After a meal at a local restaurant, the group will take a flight back to Paris, France.

EVENING: The group will have dinner at a local restaurant, head back to the hotel to rest afterwards.

DAY 07: PARIS – VERSAILLES/FRANCE (3 meals)

MORNING: The group will have breakfast at the hotel before heading out:

  • Versailles Palace – One of the most greatest palaces and gardens of the world’s heritage, the epitome of French’s architecture style of the 17th century.

NOON: After having meal, the group will say goodbye to Montmartre, continue the trip:

  • Visit and shop at Galleries Lafayette for the qualities items of prestigious brands of France like: Louis Vuiton, Chanel, Gap, H&M, Zara,…

EVENING: The group will have dinner at a local restaurant before heading to a hotel to rest up.

DAY 08: PARIS – MONTMARTRE – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast + Lunch) 

MORNING: The group will have breakfast at the hotel and then head out.

  • Montmartre Hill – the hill of liberty and beauty. This is not only famous because of its scenic natural views but also known as “the town of arists” because this place used to be the stopping place of numerous famous artists like Van Gogh, Picasso or Modigliani,…
  • Sacré-Cœur Cathedral – this Catholic cathedral is very well-known in Paris, built at the end of the 19th century. Sacré-Cœur means sacred heart, which means the devotion of the heart to Jesus. 

  • Fun experience with climbing the slope of Funiculaire.

  • Tertre Square, this small space with many diners. Here, tourists will have the chance to have your portraits drawn by local talented artists.

NOON: After lunch, the group will catch a flight to head back to Vietnam.

At at the end of the trip, the group says goodbye!

TOUR DOESN’T INCLUDE: 

  • Passport (valid up to 6 months including the returning date)
  • Personal expense (extra luggage, phone, laundry, eating and visiting outside the schedule). 
  • Gratitude money for driver, tour guide: 7 EUR/day/person
  • Extra charge for changing date, changing destination, upgrading plane ticket. 
  • Extra charge for single room (in the case of travelling alone, if the group starts with 2 single-male or 2 single-female, we will put in a single room. In the case that there are no other single traveller, please pay for the extra charge) 
  • Visa to re-enter Vietnam for foreigners or overseas Vietnamese is 2,000,000 VND/ (Visa is received at the border gate and is valid for 1 time entry into Vietnam – within 3 months for overseas Vietnamese).

QUY TRÌNH ĐĂNG KÝ VÀ THỰC HIỆN: REGISTRATION AND IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURE: 

  • Tourists fill out the registration form and provide visa document 45 days before departure day. 
  • Deposit for the tour. 
  • Complete the transaction for the tour deposit at least 15 days for normal tour and 25 days for tours during the holiday (in the cases, you are denied visa by the consulate after you have submitted all the required fees, we fully refunded all of the money according to the agreement).  
  • Complete any transaction regarding escrow money (if available) after receiving the visa result. 
  • TNP will help with the procedure of applying for a VISA, how to fill out the forms, registration for document submission, tourists must be present physically to submit their documents and bring with them the original copies for comparison. 
  • In the case that the consulate denies visa for the tourist, then the not refundable amount of money is 3.500.000 VND/person which includes application fee and translation fee. 

NOTE:

  • In the case that the group does not have enough 15 people (15 people go and return according to the schedule of the tour), TNP has the right to change, move the tour departure date to the closet one. If the tourist can not arrange their personal obligation in order to go on to the tour, we will fully return the deposit/tour money minus the fee for visa application without taking any further responsibilities and fees. 
  • The Schengen Embassies and the Consulate General demands all individuals  who has applied for a visa of the tour present the original copies of their passport after the tour is concluded. Therefore, tourists should have their passports hold onto by the tour guide on returning date so we present them for the Embassies and Consulate General. We will return all the passports after the procedure is done (within 7 business days). 
  • Tourists with a foreign nationality or Oversea Vietnamese must have an exiting visa during the tour. 
  • Tourists who has a Vietnam re-entry visa can only do so once, they must get a new re-entry visa if they want to enter Vietnam the next time. 
  • If tourist has 2 nationalities or a travel document (with no nationality in it yet), please notify the tour staff at the time of tour registration and submit the original with relevant documents (if any).
  • Tourist who only has a green card (temporary resident card) and no longer possess a valid Vietnamese passport then that tourist is not allowed to travel to a third country.  
  • In the case a child travels with a relative (not parents) then a paper of guardianship that has been approved by the local officials (under the allowance of the parents for the tour) must be given. 
  • For tourist from the age of 70 to 79: a health required agreement with the company and a doctor’s health inspection document for international travel provided by a doctor. Our company advise that tourist should upgrade their insurance depending on the trip. In any cases, our company is not responsible. 
  • The flight time can be changed without notice due to depending on the airline. 
  • Depending on the presented situation during the trip, the schedule can be subjected to change, like the order of the listed locations. However, all listed locations will be visited  regardless. However, TNP will not hold any responsible in these situations:
    + Natural disaster: flooding, drought, earthquake,…
    + Security breach: protest, terrorism, strikes,…
    + Airline incident: delays, cancelations, postponing, technical difficulties, airline securities,… 
  • If any of those cases happens, TNP will try to return tourists’ money if possible (this is after the mandatory fees have been taken out like: visa applications, plane tickets,…and we will not reimburse any other expenses). 
  • In the case tourists are not granted entry or/and exit due to personal reasons, TNP is not responsible and will not return the money of that individual. 
  • Depending on the visa result from the Consulate and the plane ticket, the departure date can be moved back by 10 business days from the original date or integrated into the next traveling group or can be changed entirely to be appropriate for the situation. 
  • Documents applying for visa after submitted to the Consulate will not be returned. 

CANCELATION CONDITIONS: 

CANCELATION FOR NORMAL DAYS (not counting Saturday and Sunday)

  • After signing up for the tour: 30% of the whole trip. 
  • Cancelation more than 30 days before the departure date: 50% of the whole trip. 
  • Cancelation more than 15 days before the departure: 75% of the whole trip. 
  • Cancelation 15 days or less than 15 days before the departure day: 100% of the whole trip. 

 

CANCELATION FOR HOLIDAYS

(For tours with schedules overlapping with holidays according to the laws of Vietnam)

  • After signing up for the tour: 30% of the whole trip
  • Cancelation more than 45 days before the departure day: 50% of the whole trip
  • Cancelation more than 30 days before the departure day: 75% of the whole trip
  • Cancelation 30 days or less than 30 days before the departure day: 100% of the whole trip 

Note: All cancelations will depend on the situations listed above. In addition, for tourists who had already have an European visa that join our trip, we will hold onto your European visa until it expires; Or notify the Embassies and Consulate General (visa provider) to get a “Cancel” stamp on your passport. This is because we are responsible for the entry and exit procedures in Europe.

***In the case of SWITCHING/MOVING TOUR: Tourists will have to follow the agreements listed above. In the case of switching tours, our company will make effort in finding alternatives depending on the situation.

 REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES FOR APPLYING FOR EUROPEAN VISA

A. PERSONAL DOCUMENTS 

1. Passport (original copy) + Old passport (if available) 

Concerns for still valid visas: Check the expiration date of the visa and compare to a short-stay visa (eligible under 90 days). The expiration days must not be sooner than 90 days after returning from the Schengen area. Please make sure that your passport has more than 2 blank pages for your visa stamps. 

2. 4×6 cm photos, white background, taken within 6 months before the application (the face must take up 70% to 80%, hair must not obstruct the face, show your ears, do not smile with your teeth)  

3. Registration book + identity card (photos as certified copies on A4 papers) 

4. (Certification for marriage, divorce, widow, death of your husband/wife) (photos as certified copies on A4 paper)

B. WORK DOCUMENTS

  • For tourists who are currently employed: work contract, proof of salary, time-off request letter,… 
  • For tourists who are business owners: business registration, tax receipt, the company’s bank statement,… 
  • For tourists who have retired: retirement decision/pension statement, bank statement for the pension. 
  • For tourists who are students: student cards, confirm of the student’s status from your institute. 
  • For tourists who are under 18 years old – children or teenagers: 
    • In the case of an accompanying parent: Authorization letter (approved by local officials) for oversea traveling from either father or mother + Identity card/Parent’s passport + Birth certificate of the child + Marriage certificate. 
    • In the case no parent is accompanying: Authorization letter (approved by local officials) for oversea traveling from either father or mother + Identity card/ Passport of both parents + Birth certificate of the child + Marriage certificate.
    • In addition, a confirmation letter of the child’s school / student card is needed to be approved if said child is a student + permission to skip school if it is still within the school year. 

C. DOCUMENT OF POSSESSIONS, SAVINGS

D. OTHER DOCUMENTS 

1. Tourists’ traveling insurance must cover at least €30,000 in cases there are any issues relating to health, emergency healthcare, or hospital fees. The traveling insurance must be valid for the entirety of the trip in the Schengen area.

3. Details of the schedule (locations, hotels) in the Schengen area if tourists plan to travel through multiple countries. 

4. Confirmation of hotel bookings in one or multiple countries in the Schengen area. 

5. In the case that the tourist is invited by a relative, friend, or business, please provided an invitation letter from the host to the tourist: 
– Original copy of the invitation (approved by local officials) 
– Passport/residence card of the host. 
– A proof of relation between the host and the guest.
