SPIRITUAL JOURNEY – AUSTRALIA

Time: 6 Days 6 Nights – Departure:

DAY 01: HO CHI MINH CITY – AUSTRALIA 

EVENING: Tourists gather at Tan Son Nhat Airport, International Terminals, 2nd floor, and proceed with the check-in procedure to fly to Australia. Tourists will spend the night on the plane.

PART 01: PILGRIMAGE PROGRAM

DAY 02: “SELF-REFLECTION” (Lunch + Dinner)

MORNING: The group will arive at Sydney, do the entry procedure, and head to the Church.

12:30       Have lunch

13:30       Rest at noon, free to explore. 

16:00       Mass. 

17:00      Experience fun and interesting activities like: Searching for Kangaroos, birdwatching peacocks,…

18:30       Dinner and rest.

20:00       Sharing on the subject of self-reflection. 

21:00       Rest at night. 

DAY 3: “LISTENING TO THE WORD OF GOD” (Breakfast + Lunch)

07:00    Prayer in contemplation. 

08:00     Breakfast 

09:00     Sharing on the subject of “Listening to the Words of God” 

10:00     Silent prayer. 

12:30     Lunch

14:00     Penance. 

17:00    Mass

Afterwards, the group will head back to Sydney to have dinner, receive their hotel rooms and rest. 

PART 2: FREE CHOICE PROGRAM

A. OPTION : “TOUR”

During October, spring arrives in Australia. It is the best time to explore the beauty of Australia. Gaze upon the poetically beautiful peaks of Blue Mountains, take in the majesty of The Sydney Opera House during sunset or take a walk along streets draped in purple flame tree’s leaves, and many more unforgettable moments. 

DAY 4 : SYDNEY – CITY TOUR (3 meals)

07:30: After having breakfast at the hotel, the group will begin the tour: 

• Botanic Garden opens since 1816 with 30 hectares worth of hundreds of different types of rare vegetations. Tourists will have the chance to immerse yourselves in the beauty of nature while learning about facts and taking amazing pictures.

• The Rocks – The meeting point between modern and past, often referred as “Sydney Outdoor Museum” because the convergence of the past and the present of Sydney.

12:30: Lunch at a local restaurant. 

14:00: The trip continues: 

• Sydney Opera House with is impressive architecture, is one of the most iconic buildings in the 20th century. (Visit and photography are only allowed outside)

• Sydney Harbour Bridge

• Darling Harbour – known as “The Harbour of Romance” by couples. It is a lively destination with many outdoor romance-themed cafes flanked by purple flame trees. 

18:00: Dinner at a local restaurant before tourists can head back to the hotel or spend time outside at night.

DAY 5 : SYDNEY – BLUE MOUNTAINS (3 meals)

07:30: After breakfast, the group will head out to:

• Nature Preservation Blue Mountains – a world heritage, where the remnants of the Aboriginal’s time are protected. 

• Take photos of the “Three Sisters” rock formation. If you’re lucky, you might be able to catch the indigenous people with their didgeridoo and singing.

12:30: Lunch at local restaurant.

18:00: The group will visit: 

• Vietnam Town “Cabramatta” or Bankstown (Saigon Place), learn more about the life of Vietnamese in Australia.

• Visit and shop at Westfield Sydney or other famous locations in Sydney.

EVENING: The group will have dinner at a local restaurant before turning in for the day. 

DAY 6 : SYDNEY – FISH MARKET – HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast + Lunch)

07:00: After breakfast at the hotel, the group will do the check-out procedure before heading out: 

• Sydney Fish Market: Built near the Blackwattle Cove, next to the new modern fish market and popular destination in Australia. This place is worth up to 250 million dollars.

12:30: The group will have lunch at a local restaurant. Afterwards, the group will head to the airport to catch the flight back to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. 

B. OPTION: “VISIT RELATIVE”

The tourist will go on their own to see their relatives in Australia. On the return date, you will meet up with the group at the airport and head back to Vietnam together.

TOUR INCLUDES:

1.     Plane tickets for international flights from SGN – Sydney – SGN through Eva airline.

3.     You can have 7kg of carry-on + 15kg of check-in luggage.

4.     Note:  1 night at the church, 3 nights at hotels

5.     VISA fee and invitation letter to Australia.

6.     Fee for tour programs

7.     Meals according to the schedule

8.     The transportation for the tour.

9.     Water bottle one per day.

10.   A tour guide for the whole trip.

11.   Travelling insurance.

12.   Souvenir from the travelling company.

TOUR NOT INCLUDES: 

1.     Surcharges for single rooms.

2.     Personal and outlier expenses.

3.     Extra charge for the tour driver and local guide (7USD/person/day).

4.     Extra luggage.

5.     Fees for moving dates, changing schedule, upgrading plane tickets.

6.     Vietnamese Visa fee for tourists with foreign nationalities (70USD/PERSON)

7.     Surcharge for foreigners (120USD/PERSON)

8.     Meals, accommodations, transportations on the 4th, 5th, and 6th day (if choose “VISIT RELATIVES’)

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS:  

In the case that you are unable to make it to the tour, please notify our company and pay the required fees below:

• Postponing or cancelling after putting down the deposit: the entire deposit and have your passport held for 3 months (for tourists who already have an Australian visa yet decided not to join)
• Postponing or cancelling more than 20 days before the departure date (except Saturday and Sunday): 80% of the whole tour and have your passport held for 3 months for tourists who already have an Australian visa. 
• Postponing or cancelling within 20 days before the departure date (except Saturday and Sunday): 100% of the whole trip and have your passport held for 3 months for tourists who already have an Australian visa.

Cancelation must be notified directly to our company or faxed, emailed and must be confirmed by our company. Cancelation through the phone is not acceptable. 

Note: Cancelation does not apply for holidays and Tet. 

NOTES:

• Tourists are required to bring their passports (original), make a deposit when signing up for the tour and complete the transactions at least within 20 days before the departure date (not on Saturday and Sunday). 
• Because certain fees must be paid, even in the case that you are denied to be given a visa by the Consulate, you will still have to pay full charge of visa application and translation fee: 5.000.000 VND/person
• Departure date is subjected to change depending on the visa result from the Australian Consulate. 
• In the case that tourists are denied from entry or exit for personal reasons or due to the decisions of the security department of visiting country, our company will not be responsible and will not refund. 
• Depending on the local situation, the order of the schedule and hotel can be changed but the listed locations on the schedule will not be changed. 
• The flight number and the flight hour can be changed in the last moment depending on the airline. 
• In the cases of: natural disaster, terrorism,…or incidents or changes made to the scheduled of public transportation like: trains, planes,…then our company will reserve the right to make changes to the schedule for the sake of convenience and safety for the tourists and will not be responsible for any reimbursing anything. 
• Our company does only organize tour, therefore tourists are not allowed to separate themselves from the group without permission for the entire trip. If you wish to do so for personal reasons like business, visiting relatives,…then you must notify the group and pay a fee of 200USD/day/person.
