ADVENTURE IN CANADA 2022

Time: 12 Days 11 Nights – Departure:

Day 01: HO CHI MINH City -> VANCOUVER (Dinner)

  • Tourists gathered at the Tan Son Nhat International Airport to check-in their flight under the guidance of the group leader and catch their flight to Vancouver.
  • The group arrives at Vancouver. Tourists check-in with the hotel and ret.
  • At night, tourists will have their dinner at a local restaurant before go shopping at the lively city of Robson.

 

Day 02: VANCOUVER – CITY TOUR (3 Meals)

 MORNING Tourists will have breakfast at the hotel, afterwards the tour begins:

Stanley Park, with area that has more than 405 hectare, this is a huge preserved forest that situated near the center of the city that has three of its sides bordering the sea.

The Canada Palace Building – one of the iconic buildings of the city of Vancouver, which is also a harbor for luxurious boats and yachts at the same time (Tourists will be taking photos from outside)

Gas Town – a lively town with a mix of pre-modern architecture styles and lines of cafe shop flanking the streets (Italians, Greek, and Spanish) that stay open very late at night. At Gas Town, tourists will have the occasion to see the unique clocktowers that run on steam.

NOON Tourist will have a meal at local restaurants and continue their tour:

Queen Elizabeth Park’s Flower Garden

Capilano Suspension Bridge – is a suspension bridge with three achievements: highest, oldest, and longest in the world

China Town

EVENING After having dinner at a restaurant, tourists will have free time to relax and take it easy at the hotel.

 

Day 03: VANCOUVER – VICTORIA – VAN HANH TEMPLE (3 Meals)

MORNING The group will have breakfast before arriving at B.C. Ferry Harbor and take a ferry to Victoria – the capital of British Columbia province.

Van Hanh Temple, which has Thien Buddhist monk Thich Phap An as its abbot, situated at 933 Colville Rd Victoria BC Canada V9A 4P4.

NOON Tourists will have their meal at a local restaurant and begin their tour:

Buchart Garden with its lush rose bushes, radiant Tibetan opium poppies, vibrant tulips, peach roses weaving with each other…a romantic scene of hundreds of fragrant flowers will charm any passerby, along with many outdoor circus shows. This is the most well-known attractions in Victoria.

Inner Harbour – a place of many interesting things with its saying: “From trashes to glorious things, remember the Inner Harbour”.

The group returns to Vancouver to have dinner.

EVENING After dinner, tourists have free time to relax and take it easy at the hotel.

 

Day 04: VANCOUVER – KAMLOOPS – BANFF (3 Meals)

MORNING After having breakfast at the hotel, the group will check-out begore beginning a trip to Banff – Alberta. On the way, the group will have a stop at Kamloops.
NOON Tourists will have lunch at local restaurants before touring around:

Ginseng Factory: Here tourists will have the chance to watch and understand the techniques of planting, processing ginsengs – a gift from the Heaven.

EVENING The group will arrive at Banff, receive their hotel rooms and freely explore one of the most beautiful mountain cities of Alberta at night.

 

DAY 05 : BANFF – EDMONTON (3 meals)

MORNING After breakfast, the group will proceed to check-out of their rooms, began their journey to Edmonton. On the way, the group will get to see:

Lake Moraine and Lake Louise – famous mountainous lakes in the world. Both of these lakes are considered to be World Heritages by the UNESCO organization for their invaluable natural beauty.

Banff National Garden: At this place, tourists will have the chance to experience of sightseeing the mountainous views from cable cars high above 2,300 meters from the ocean’s surface. (Cable car fee is self-pay)

NOON Tourists will have lunch at a local restaurant before continuing on the journey to Edmonton.
DINNER  After arriving, tourists will have dinner at a restaurant, receive their hotel room, and take their time.

 

Day 06: EDMONTON – TRUC LAM TEMPLE (3 meals)

SÁNG After breakfast, the group check-out of their rooms and travelled to Truc Lam Temple.

Touring and sightseeing the Temple in early morning.

Have tea with monk Thich Phap Hoa (Only available on the day he is not doing work)

NOON The group will have vegetarian meal at the temple before catching their flight to Montreal.
NIGHT The group will have their meal at Montreal then receive their room so they can relax.

 

DAY 07: MONTREAL – QUEBEC – Dai Tong Lam Pagoda (3 meals)

MORNING The group will have breakfast at the hotel before heading to Quebec – the heart of the French community in Canada. Tourists will get to sightsee at:

Dai Tong Lam Pagoda (often referred as Lam Bao Son temple) – this ancient temple is considered to be the centre of Buddhistic culture for the Vietnamese community in Canada.

NOON The group will have lunch and get to see:

The majestic Place D’armes Square.

Hotel Chateau Frontenac with its steely pitched roof was named after its owner, Louis de Buade de Frontenac.

Sugar Shack: discover Quebec’s well-known sweetener: maple syrup

EVENING The group will have dinner and then return back to the hotel.

 

Day 08: MONTREAL – OTTAWA (3 meals)

MORNING After having meal, the group will do the check-out procedure before touring:

Old Montreal – The biggest city of Quebec, is the perfect fusion between the charm of a small town and the sophistication of a big city. After 400 years of history, Montreal is currently the centre of education, art, live music, and high quality ecotourism. Tourists will have the occasion to explore the peak of Mount Royal – an oasis amidst the modern city with a huge preserved forest. This is one of the most favourited attractions in Montreal.

NOON Tourists will have a meal at a local restaurant and begin to make way to Ottawa (roughly 200km), on the way will stop at:

Pho Da Son Temple

EVENING After arriving at Ottawa, the group will eat dinner at a restaurant before receiving their hotel rooms.

 

DAY 09: OTTAWA – THOUSAND ISLAND – TORONTO (3 meals)

MORNING Tourists will have breakfast at the hotel before visiting these places:

The Royal Canadian Mint

The Parliament

NOON The group will have lunch at a local restaurant before the ride to:

Thousand Island: board a touring cruise (depending on the weather) and listen about the introduction of how Kingston was founded – “The City of Limestone” with an area of 100km to the smallest islet that one person can stand on. After the trip, the group will head to Toronto.

EVENING The group will have their meal at a restaurant before resting at a hotel.

 

DAY 10: TORONTO – NIAGARA FALLS (3 meals)

MORNING The group will have breakfast at the hotel as usual, before continuing the tour with the exploration of these extraordinary natural wonders:

Niagara Falls, along with these different sections: Horseshoe Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and American Falls. Tourists will get see what it feels like to go kayaking inside of the Falls to experience the majesty of one of the ten biggest waterfalls on the planet.

NOON After having lunch at a restaurant, the group will get go shopping at:

Niagara Falls Outlet Collection

EVENING The group will have dinner at a restaurant before heading back to a hotel to rest.

 

DAY 11: TORONTO – HO CHI MINH CITY (Meals: Breakfast + Lunch)

MORNING The group will have breakfast, do the check-out procedure, and then continue the tour:

CN Tower Radio Tower – The tower has the height of 553m, sitting at the third place of the list of highest tower (Photography is not allowed inside)

The Town Hall (Photography is not allowed inside)

The most bustling, lively and biggest shopping area in all of North America: Toronto’s Eaton Centre

NOON After having lunch at a restaurant, the group will head to the airport to catch their flight back to Vietnam. Tomorrow, the group will land down at Tan Son Nhat airport. The leader of the group will say goodbye.

TOUR NOT INCLUDES

1.     Surcharges for single rooms.

2.     Personal and outlier expenses.

3.     Extra charge for the tour driver and local guide (7USD/person/day).

4.     Extra luggage.

5.     Fees for moving dates, changing schedule, upgrading plane tickets.

6.     Vietnamese Visa fee for tourists with foreign nationalities (70USD/PERSON)

7.     Surcharge for foreigners (120USD/PERSON)

 

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELING TOUR

In the event that the tourist can not make it to the tour, please contact our company and take these cancelation fees below:

  • Postponing or cancelling after making a deposit: Forfeit the entire deposit which is 20,000,000 VND (for tourists that already have Canadian Visa but can not make it)
  • Postponing or cancelling 20 days before the departure day (except Saturday and Sunday): 80% of the entire tour.
  • Postponing or cancelling 20 days after the departure day (except Saturday and Sunday): 100% of the entire tour.
  • The cancelling of a tour must be notified directly to our company through fax or email and must be approved by the company. Cancelling through the phone is not acceptable.

Note: Cases of tour cancelation is not applicable during the holidays.

 

THINGS TO NOTE WHEN SIGNING UP FOR THE TOUR:

  • Tourists are required to bring their passports (original copy) and the deposit when signing up for the tour and finishing the transactions at least 20 days before the tour starts (except Saturday and Sunday).
  • In cases which the tourists are denied of getting a visa, they will still have to pay for the fee for Visa application and a translator: 5.000.000 VND/person.
  • For some documents in special categories, tourists will have to deposit sum of 300.000.000 VND/person so the company can guarantee transportation is in line with the schedule. This money will be returned to the tourists after they have returned to Vietnam.
  • The departure can change depending on the result of Visa application from the Canadian Embassy.
  • In the cases which the tourists are denied from exit or entry due to personal reasons or problems with the border security, our company will be not responsible and refund the tour money.
  • Depending on the situation during the tour, hotel can be changed but the listed attractions in the schedule are guaranteed.
  • The flight and the time of flight is subjected to change at the last minute depending on the airline.
  • In the cases of: natural disaster, terrorists…or when scheduled public transportations are changed: planes, trains,….then our company will hold our rights to change the schedule anytime for convenience and safety for tourists and will not responsible for compensation fees for incidents.
  • Our company’s only mission is to organize touring trips, therefore tourists are not allowed to go on their own during the trip. If tourists want to do so for personal reasons like business, visiting relatives,…then they must notify the group leader immediately and must pay a fee of 200USD/day/person.
